H&R Block Brand Playbook Website

Field marketing needed a place to develop the strategies to promote each office location to the surrounding area. I led the effort to build a website that gave each branch the tools for brand localization. Each franchise branch used it to design and execute their marketing plan, and gave them the resources to track their performance, report back to corporate and pivot if needed.
